Somatic Meditations are designed for you in each encounter.

Why "Somatic" meditation?
Because this meditation includes the body (senses and movement) and the cognitive experience.
​
Soma is the lived body. The living body. In these practices, we approach the body's aliveness and regulation with curiosity and kindness.
​
There are somatic cues, some of them below our awareness, influencing our social engagement, our emotional realm, and our decision-making process. We can become 'in touch' with these inner marks and develop accuracy and self-regulation.
