Meditation can be nourishing, insightful, and relaxing if it is attuned to your nervous system.

I facilitate accessible, trauma-sensitive, and compassion-based meditation practices.

Somatic Meditations are designed for you in each encounter.

​

Why "Somatic" meditation?

Because this meditation includes the body (senses and movement) and the cognitive experience.

​

Soma is the lived body. The living body. In these practices, we approach the body's aliveness and regulation with curiosity and kindness.

​

There are somatic cues, some of them below our awareness, influencing our social engagement, our emotional realm, and our decision-making process. We can become 'in touch' with these inner marks and develop accuracy and self-regulation.

​

One-hour sessions may include:

  • Opening, centering, intentions.

  • Somatic movements

  • Embodied mindfulness meditation

  • Sensory awareness

  • Insight meditation
