Meditation can be insightful, transformative, and relaxing
if it is right for your nervous system.

Somatic Meditation is a trauma-informed practice that involves sensory-somatic elements to make it supportive for your nervous system: your mental and emotional state.

The integration of sensory awareness and somatic movements make this practice accessible, gentle, and fun.

The goal is to gently develop accuracy and attunement to your nervous system to make your meditation practice gradually deeper and sustainable.

Somatic Meditation is beneficial for you, especially if:

You are introducing yourself to practice meditation and you wish to create a sustainable habit.

You want to deepen you experience in meditation adding body-based elements to your habitual meditation practice.

You are neurodivergent person and are looking for a practice that can safely adapt to your singular way of processing and functioning.

You are experiencing the impacts of trauma (PTSD- or C-PTSD) and you are looking for a safe and effective way to meditate that supports your recovery process.
