Somatic Meditation is a trauma-informed practice that involves sensory-somatic elements to make it accessible and sustainable.

The goal is to develop accuracy and attunement to your nervous system to make your meditation practice gradually deeper and sustainable.

Somatic Meditation is beneficial for you, especially if: 

You are introducing yourself to practice meditation and you wish to create a sustainable habit.

You want to deepen you experience in meditation adding body-based elements to your habitual meditation practice.

You are neurodivergent person and are looking for a practice that can safely adapt to your singular way of processing and functioning.
