I facilitate accessible, trauma-sensitive, and compassion-based meditation practices. Somatic Meditations are designed for you in each encounter.
Why "Somatic" meditation?
Because I suggest that meditation must include the body (senses and sensations) beyond the cognitive experience.
Soma is the lived body. The living body. In this practices we approach to the body aliveness and regulation with curiosity and kindness.
There are somatic cues, some of them below our awareness, influencing our social engagement, our emotional realm, and our decision making process. We can get "in touch" to this inner marks and develop accuracy and self-regulation.
One hour session may include:
Opening, centering, intentions.
