Somatic Therapy invites you to reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom. Together, we work with Sensory Integration and somatic practices that nurture self-knowledge, balance, and post-traumatic growth.

Somatic Coaching offers a gentle yet powerful way to create change. Grounded in the Neuroscience of Change and a Solution-Focused approach, it supports you in discovering new ways to move, feel, and respond to life’s challenges.

These approaches can be combined and tailored to your needs.

As part of our work, you can also receive a Sensory Profile evaluation: a practical tool that offers guidance to help you adapt your daily life, improve focus, and cultivate emotional regulation. This can be supportive for both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals.

In our sessions, we create a space where your body, mind, and emotions can reconnect and find their own rhythm again. Somatic work is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and explore how your lived experiences shape the way you move, feel, and relate. Whether you’re seeking support with stress, life transitions, trauma, or simply wanting to feel more at home in yourself, this work meets you where you are, gently, respectfully, and with curiosity.
